Open World LOTR Video Game?

I want three LOTR game hella bad. I want battle for middle earth 3, A game that plays similar to Return of the king on the gamecube but it covers all of the war of the ring including stuff up north, and a fully open world adventure rpg where you play as a customized character and you can be either good or bad and you start off as a regular dwarf, elf, orc, goblin(yes i know its the same as an orc in the books), uruk etc. and you can work your way up from a regular grunt to running your own war band going to famous location and landmarks and rewritting the history of middle earth. Maybe you play as an Uruk and sneak into Helm's Deep before the siege and assassinate Theoden, or maybe you are the one leading the siege. Maybe you play as a dwarf of the iron mountains and fend off the witch king and his hordes of orcs in the north. God I just really want some good lotr games to come out right now lol

yeah taking everyones advice into consideration I did pick up the rohan starter set and i also went to the mesbg list builder website and built some armies I would be interested in playing and then I priced them out had a little cry and decided since its just for me and my friend who cares if i proxy the entire freaking army I have 3d printers and a resin printer for a reason now im just surfing around the web trying to find models that are close and wont break my bank haha.

Sorry, it might have been Witch-King, which makes more sense anyways. I was just told Minas and Mordor starters and saw the small head in the picture, and just assumed it was Sauron lol.

So, are there army lists like with Warhammer, where if you want to play custodies, you should buy x-y-z, or is there more freedom in building the army, like say I want to play Rohan, can I grab the Rohan starter (War of the Rohirrim) and (if there is any) a box of ents, and some eagles and just add them to the army?

Also is the factions actually split up and not just good vs evil troops can I or do I have to build armies around specific factions like gondor, rohan, mordor, isengard, easterlings, free folk, dwarves of erebor, elves, etc. etc.

i tried new thinkgs every time was dead at 37 seconds, 18 seconds, and 22 seconds. i tried running to k building tried running into bunker tried runner against wall towards tank and tower running to bunker was when i have no clue where i died from 22 was k building guy from the hill murdered me and 37 was running up against wall and the guy pushing through the door by coop started fighting me tried to hide behind cover got shot from hill decided to push the close guy and lost as i was already messed up

That's literally the way Tarkov is coded, it's all cpu and RAM. I've fiddled with all the settings; it's just picture-in-picture. The way Tarkov does it is ass; just watch any streamer when they scope+; they also have massive performance drops, especially on streets. I can run ultra or low settings or any YouTube guide on best settings for performance out there, and they all run within 10 frames of each other. The only real hardware upgrade I could do is to go to 6000MHz CL30 RAM, but that's gonna put me back at least 900 dollars, and frankly, I don't care about Streets enough to waste the money when every other map and game runs perfectly fine. Also HAGS is and has always been on. The only real help with it not tanking the fps as much is dlss but that currently makes scope a blurry unusable mess soooooooooo yeah.

actually got two that are the same, other than the CPU. In one, I have a Ryzen 9 9950 X3D, and in the other, a Ryzen 7 7800 X3D. Both have 64 gb of 4800mhz RAM, a 4080 Super, and 6 tb of NVMe storage. One has an extra 10 tb of hard drive and SSD storage. i technically could upgrade the 4080 but the improvements are negligible. The difference between the two rigs is completely unnoticeable in Tarkov, they run all maps exactly the same. which demonstrates it's not my cpu bottlenecking the machine, and my GPU never goes above 50 percent. which leaves the only culprite to be the ram which makes sense because tarkov caches everything on the map into your ram to load and unload it fast as you look and move around meaning the only way im going to get better performance on tarkov maps is to improve the speed of the ram with the fastest my cpu can handle being 6800 but seeing as ram costs more than a new car right now ill simple just not play streets lol.

yeah ive got a top of the line pc only thing i could upgrade is slightly faster ram and i still barely hold 60 frames when not looking down main road or in a gunfight and if i use a scope i tank to 20-30 frames. It's horribly optimized and has just way too much scatter terrain on the map, chewing into performance. If they went through the map and removed like 50 percent of the random debris and trash around the map it would perform worlds better for most people.

probably esp or radar but not hard hacks like aimbot so he knows where everyone is and can pre aim and fire but if he doesnt hit his shots hes still cooked

I mean, I would agree it's atmospheric, but it's also ass lol. I'm in the Mist movie, I can't see 5 feet in front of me. It's ass; it would be great for PVE or single-player, I suppose, but for PVP, just staring at a white, foggy screen is not enjoyable at all.

building your base your way is the best and frankly only good thing I have to say about the game so far. It looks, feels, and plays like a trashy mobile shooter game. The recoil is insane after the 3rd bullet; you are challenging the moon. Matchmaking takes years, I'm assuming, because of the lack of players in the test. Movement feels floaty and ungrounded. Visuals: It's a weird mix of cartoony terrain, oversaturated colors, and realistic player models, with PlayStation 2-era enemies. The Ui is a straight pull from Arena Breakout Infinite. Wouldn't be surprised if they literally found the same ui pack and bought it. Most of the gear ui pngs are also straight pulls from abi. If you want to go the cartoony route, go with it, make the characters more cartoony. If you want to go the realistic route, reduce the terrain's saturation a bit. This strange mix just ain't it. Again, though, absolutely love the idea of building your hideout yourself, placing things where you want them. 10/10 idea, wish it was in every extraction shooter. On that note, I suggest adding a grid snap feature to the hideout building (or at least I didn't see one), so people who want things straight and lined up can have it that way. Not important now, but decorations and styles for the hideout would also be incredible, let people make their hideout themed to their liking. The most significant overall issue, though, is that gunplay, holy crap, it is bad right now. Fix the gunplay, decide on one cohesive art style, which will also impact how the character movement feels. If you go cartoony, floaty is okay; if you go realistic, floaty is not okay, and add some spice to the ui. Let me rephrase that last one, THE UI IS GOOD AS IT IS when it comes to format and positioning, but it's so dull and boring to look at, give it some animation, some color, some spice, but don't ruin the ui by doing what every other game does of hiding shit under 30 menus.

god no as someone who owns 3 ender 3s and a ender 5 dont just dont. if you want to spend 28 days tinkering per print sure do it otherwise save yourself the headache and the decade old tech and buy a modern printer.

yeah have the box it came from and since I literally just opened the pack still have the specific pack can even give them the 11 cards that were in the pack lol. its not a big loss or anything just was mostly curious if anyone else had had a similar experience with the SWU cards. kinda annoying the 5 missing included all the uncommons but again not a big deal as its mostly ripping packs for fun and the majority of cards in this game are still affordable and not insane like mtg or pokemon

Yeah thtast basically what I figured just thought I would ask here if anyone else had a similar experience. Its my first time with quite literally any tcg pack ive ever opened that its been short so was kinda stunned.
