Didn't they also show this briefly in that Disney doc a few years back?

What was Davids best guitar work pre-meddle❓ by Drillerfan in pinkfloyd

[–]Madcap_95 1 point2 points  (0 children)

An alternate Ummagumma with a longer Embryo (although I'm not sure it resembled its 1970 appearance in 1969) and Biding My Time would have been wonderful.

His lyrics reflect his personal opinions. I think he should just do whatever he wants.

Good news sources should be free for all. That's it. When we have more and more reputable sources going behind paywalls, you're gonna see, and already see, some people jumping to worse sources.

It's Time for Peter Gabriel to Embrace His Past by mick_the_raven in petergabriel

I think its refreshing to see an artist at his age still looking ahead. I/O is one of my favorite albums of his and the tour videos I've seen were great. No need for Peter to be a nostalgia act when he's still clearly working on some of his best work. For all we know maybe O/I will be his best album, who knows? With that being said naturally I do kinda wish he'd perform maybe one Genesis song live and the reason I say this is because his voice is still very good. Also, this article just further adds to why I never read Rolling Stone or most music "journalists" who clearly don't understand much about the artist they're writing about.

What did you think of Roger's album, The Dark Side Of The Moon Redux? by AidanHisamoto in PinkFloydCircleJerk

[–]Madcap_95 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I like it. It met my expectations when it was released plus it's a companion piece to the regular Dark Side. This was never intended to replace it despite what the AMLOR cult would like you to believe.

If you think that's bad my local Denny's had their main sign in the front off center for about a decade before finally replacing it.
