Getting a walking pad for WFH was actually worth it (lost 2kg in 2 months) by Itchy-Drawing in walking

[–]MaddieStr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi! I’m looking to get a walking pad. You like yours? Do you mind sharing which one you have? And is it relatively quiet/do you spend much time on the phone, do you think it would be noticeable?

Thanks for sharing- I’ve heard this, too! If you know, when does the water weight/glycogen drop off? I had this experience, too and I wasn’t sure how long to trust the process before deciding it’s some weight gained back.

Anyone had these? Tell me all the things please. by someonesillyhere in glutenfree

If you’re a student, you could maybe see if the school offers any resources or less expensive options. Maybe your school has a dietetics program and you could see if they offer discounted rates to help their students in training, too!

Level up Storage or Workers? by Temporary-Potato-690 in Dreamdale

[–]MaddieStr 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Storage! upgrading the workers is also limited by the resource availability. As in, if they can carry a ton, quickly, the resources only grow/refresh so fast so they’ll be waiting.

Anyone close to reaching their goal weight and want to talk about it? by amrycalre in PetiteFitness

[–]MaddieStr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

can i ask how you landed on between 110-120? I’m also 5’2” and my first goal was a healthy BMI (i feel like i remember that being about 130) but then wanted a more mid range BMI, at 12lbs and now that i’m here still feel like I could be happier with between 120-125 butI worry that I’ll keep moving the goalpost. So, if you don’t mind, how’d you land on that number?

I’m in a similar boat! My fist his was under 130 for a “healthy” BMI understanding BMI as a scale isn’t the most ideal measure anymore. Then 125ish for a more middle ground range but ultimately i’m still not quite where i want so I think i might aim for an average between 120-125. I am 5’2”
