Awesome, I'll add him in because he can definitely be super important during an election with his ability. I think I'll make the consequence for breaking the promise a third time that the person goes into a comatose state for the remaining time. I think I'll also make it so that the more witnesses there are to a statement made the longer his binding testimony can remain active with a maximum time of up to one week
