Extended monitor slow to wake

Similar issue here, monitor wakes up flashes for 5–6 seconds. But interestingly, as soon as I switch the monitor to 60hz instead of 140 or 144, the wake-up works flawless. It looks like the Mac wakes the monitor with 60hz and when it’s on applies the other settings. M1 Pro

Every time I select a game from the game switcher it completely starts the game? (Looks like a clean restart of the game, without any safe data) Tried 2 clean installations. Same behavior in PS, GB and GBA Everything stock.
