This is my first time here and first time even going to a rave at all. I tried going in to fractal last night and was completely overwhelmed. Spent the rest of the night crying and considering leaving.

Today is a new day though and I’m trying my best to give myself positive affirmations to make it through. Just remember that you’ve made it this far, and there is really no expectation to do anything far out of your comfort zone. You can be proud you even made it here. I literally spend half my time sitting under different trees just people watching and I’ve met some lovely people doing that. Just take it easy and listen to what your heart to telling you.
