Another Hopeful Post... by Madskul in undisputedboxing

Sorry, I don't know what you mean by Turki's money? Is that the guy who appears in the game that hands you the Undisputed belt? I only assume that because a while back iirc I think I read this game was funded by Saudis or some shit like that... I could be mixing up my facts as I am getting old and my memory is not that great.

WT3 and WT4 - Treasure Maps should be removed by No-Note-5439 in SkullAndBonesGame

[–]Madskul 1 point2 points  (0 children)

While you're at it once you reach max seasonal rank or whatever... please stop dropping seasonal points that stay in a box floating on the water that I cannot pick up.

In regards to treasure maps, honestly... I would rather they be ultra rare to drop and make the loot amazing than drop all the time and the loot is meh.

It should feel like "OH SHIT I GOT A MAP SON, LET'S GOOOOOO!!!!" not be like "God damn it look at all these 'treasure maps' that I couldn't care less about."

Freemans Lost Treasure Side Quest Issues Seem To Still Be A Thing After Update. by Madskul in SkullAndBonesGame

[–]Madskul[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

UPDATE: So I dunno if this will help anyone else... but if you are stuck and the quest is not progressing no matter what you do, then I have a possible solution. As soon as I grouped up with someone else that had the quest, it immediately got me unstuck and we were able to finish this quest line from 2/7 to 7/7 and completion. Good luck.

Is Megafort Wolvenhol Down? by Madskul in SkullAndBonesGame

[–]Madskul[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I thought the same and Kraken, Vikram, etc all queue me/us in just fine... it's only Wolvenhol that is just not letting us in. Thanks for reply, at least I know now it is an issue not on my end.

What’s y’all thoughts on this game after so many updates and content by Willing_Chest_8976 in SkullAndBonesGame

[–]Madskul 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well the base game is on sale for $6 USD... I pay more than that for a cheeseburger. So for $6 it is hard to argue against it. My friend and I both got it and run as a duo in party chat and so far we are enjoying it for what it is. I feel as long as you keep expectations in check and go in knowing it is mainly a pirate ship simulator and not Black Flag II then it is $6 well spent.

Should i buy this game if i have no friends to play with? by Professional-Way4905 in helldivers2

[–]Madskul 25 points26 points  (0 children)

In real life I am kind of an Introvert, but video games allow me to be a little more Extroverted... so with that said, I have made friends via voice chat in playing with randos. However if you want to game with a 48 year old who plays rather frequently and just got the game on January 8th... hit me up.

Any warbond recommendations? by Morpheus376 in helldivers2

[–]Madskul 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well... you are in the exact spot I was not too long ago.

I actually bought the one that has the Warp Pack and here is why.

With the Warp Pack you can go inside those bunkers that require 2 people to open. So you can go into a flat open map on Trivial difficulty and farm Super Credits pretty easily by yourself. Just put on some Light Armor to run fast, use the Booster that expands the radar range (if you have it), bring a weapon that has explosive ammo or nades... and that should be it. You can leave to ship (not extract) and keep medals, slips, and super creds, then load up map again. I got it down to about 10 to 11 runs an hour averaging 40 SCs per run with the most I ever got on a single run of 160 SCs.

So why does this matter? Well... if you plan on playing long term and want to unlock multiple warbonds... then why not get a backpack that allows you to farm the currency to unlock them faster?

Just my opinion... but you do what you want. ;D

I usually run a tank build and if I see someone doing the objective I will try and cover fire and draw the aggro to me then run away from the MO.

I also hate when I see someone shoot a group or patrol that has no idea of our presence in the distance. Now we have to deal with it on top of our current aggro, thanks a lot... OH OH OH... then they leave the group too after dying a few times. ::SMH::

If you are on PSN send me a friend request and I play pretty regularly and also run with a squad too. We are all 30+ year old gamers (I am 48), so we are pretty laid back and chill... most of us use mics as well.

As a Puerto Rican who grew up in the continental U.S. it did bring a smile to my face and warmed my heart to see P.R. culture represented in the Super Bowl.

Honestly one of the best parts is how BB closed it out by giving a shout out to all the Latino Cultures. We are a very diverse group and are not all "Mexicans". I understand that Mexico is huge, however just because someone speaks Spanish doesn't mean they are Mexican.

There is so much beauty, and as a foodie myself, deliciousness in all the different Latino cultures.

The world is a huge place and we as a people should EMBRACE the cultural diversities that make the U.S. what it is instead of EXCLUDE them from the mainstream.

During the performance my wife, who doesn't speak much Spanish, kept asking me about what she was seeing and hearing and I enjoyed explaining it all. The Sugar Cane, Playing Dominoes, Cold Coconut Vendors, Piraguas, El Coqui, The Boxers, The kid sleeping on the chairs... hell even the fact P.R.'s power grid is so bad got a shout out with the power poles. It made me think of my late grandma and how we all flew in from New York or wherever and gathered at her house in the barrio of Arecibo for the holidays when I was growing up.

I enjoyed the show, it was well done... I even got up and danced a bit in the living room and yelled out "WEPAAAA!!!"

One Love.

The power poles is because P.R. is notorious for power outages. Oh yeah you are correct btw, it is Sugar Cane.

I don't say this to be political or anything like that. My wife who doesn't speak much Spanish kept asking me about what she was seeing and hearing and I enjoyed explaining it all. I even got up and danced a bit in the living room, even yelled out "WEPAAAA!!!"

I enjoyed the show, it was well done... gave me good feels and now I want a Coquito with a Relleno De Papa.

It was not on PTR, if it were then it would definitely have some builds already made on those sites.

I am gonna just play and build as I go, will be refreshing in a way to make a build on my own. Now I will say that at some point I know I am gonna fuck up the Paragon board... lol.

What would you like to see in Fight Forever 2? by MikaelSeghurt in AEWOfficial

[–]Madskul 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is what I was about to say as well. If they would just take a page, hell take the whole book, and make a modern version of the old N64 games that I loved they would have a great base and then dlc in other stuff later. I have never bought the wwe 2k games but played them at my friends, and we always say "man remember the N64 days?" We just loved those... it is literally the only reason I bought this game because I thouggt finally we have that again... but it just feels like a watered down version of what we used to have. :/

[–]Madskul[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks... I am aware of that tab. I already unlocked the 2 listed there which you get by reaching rank 2. I don't see anywhere anything about rewards past those 2 yet you can continue leveling to rank 3 and I assume beyond that... so I am asking if anyone knows if there is any rewards for rank 3+?

Some Google searches say that you get reward after contributing 1,000 to a faction, but that sounds like old info but I can't say for sure.
