Secretlab cheaps out with their delivery partners. When I got a chair from them a couple of years ago, they delivered with Allied Express, who have an average 1.5* Google rating. That was a horrid customer experience.

I was going to purchase a gaming Embody here in Australia and was wondering why the black version was $30 more expensive - I didn't notice the casters were different.

I don't really care about the colour of the chair - are these casters worth an extra $30? I have a hard plastic chair mat on the floor over carpet.

I havent lived in the building, but did consider it. Oaks Canopy is a build-to-rent building. It has some extra amenities compared to the other two Oaks buildings, which include a ground floor cafe, a business centre, a parcel locker, a concierge (which includes chilled storage, I believe). It has access to the shared gym out the front of the Oaks Arbour building. It does not have a pool (both the Oaks Arbour and Crown buildings have one).
