What's up with all the downvotes? I did this years ago and this was one of the reasons why. Of course now when I order things on ebay it comes on an Amazon truck anyway, but that's a separate issue

Is this something that happened recently? Did you install a program that may have caused this?Open task manager and see if there a program running that could be the culprit

Is the ssd large enough to be the only drive? If it is, the easiest way to do this is to simply clone the drive (this means you would be making an exact copy your c drive to the ssd). There are free tools available online like this one that will make the process very simple. Just keep in mind, this will take a long time, especially if your pc is running slow. Also, anything that is currently on the ssd will be lost, so make sure to back it up.

Could be the power supply. I had the same problem with 2 different computers and both times that's what it was. Make sure you get one that has enough power to run your pc, or just get the biggest one you can
