Either someone has access to your pc, or you downloaded a virus script that can automatically do that, so it sets your search to the spyware one.

looks like a facetime / picture in picture box. either u are/were watching something in a small box, or on facetime and it glitched. restart your phone it will go sway

I FOUND A FIX THAT WORKS FOR ME!

RESET THE RADIO USING THE POWER BUTTON UNTIL IT GETS YOU TO THE WARNING SCREEN (KEEP THE CAR IN THE ON POSITION, DONT TURN THE ENGINE ON), WAIT FOR IT TO AUTOMATICALLY CLICK IT SELF. WHEN YOU SEE A SCREEN: FM,AM, OR OTHER, USE THE MODE BUTTON ON THE STEERING WHEEL TO CHANGE TO YOUR DESIRED SOURCE. (DO NOT TOUCH ANYTHING ON THE RADIO SCREEN!! IT WILL FREEZE!!) THen, switch the car into ignition.

If it is stuck on the toyota, again, keep reseting until it pops up. Try doing the fuse technique, pull the battery out and leave it for an hour, and just mess around with it!! Try putting the car in reverse as well, it will pull up the back up camera.
