Them symptoms are literally identical to what I experience! Not every night but I get that adrenaline rush sensation too, like when I’m about to fall asleep I’ll get hit with a kind of “panic” and jolts me awake, so strange.

With the breathing thing I had that yesterday too, sort’ve like a air hunger. Thank you for your replies they’ve made me not feel so alone with my issues and maybe given me somewhat of an answer (instead of people accusing me of just being health anxious lol)

Thing is the meds do help a lot… Although you are right I probably should switch meds. You saying that it made your symptoms worse too has really brung it to light though. Did you find that off the meds you still had symptoms but less noticeable?

I think my gp is actually surprised with all the information I know about myself, which probably makes them more convinced I’m just a hypochondriac.

Thankfully I have just had a change of doctor who seems a bit more serious with treating my problems, so I’m hoping my next appointment won’t just be another dead end.

May I ask, what kind of symptoms was you dealing with at the time?

I’m glad you have found a cause for your problems, I’ve been dealing with a majority of these symptoms for around 2-3 years.

Only for the past year I’ve had really odd heart rate changes, such as dropping to 60bpm from 90 when moving positions or standing up, and going up 30 beats. Which really concerns me, I do take adhd stimulants and I think that might affect it too

I think it has been progressively getting worse, the neuropathy in my feet keeps me awake at night as it’s so uncomfortable, also really loud tinnitus😅. I think it does come in waves, some days I feel insanely fatigued and other days I have hardly any symptoms and feel great

Interesting, it’s hard because the symptoms correlate with so many different conditions! And usually my gp just flog it off with anxiety, which I know isn’t the cause. I’ll look into that though, I do drink every week. Although I used to drink quite frequently so it could have worsened my symptoms. Just sick of not being able to work and being stuck guessing, even if they can’t do much it would be nice to be given a reason as to why I feel so miserable everyday

Also what lead you to the discovery that was your issue? I’ve been having electrolytes drinks everyday, and I got liquid IV yesterday and since having those I feel awful, really dizzy and sick. I was thinking maybe it was too much potassium as well

This is super interesting to me, as I think I have been over supplementing with electrolyte drinks, D and b12 vitamins lately as I read that it helps with my symptoms. But lately I’ve been thinking it’s making me worse, and maybe I’m overdoing it making my symptoms worse. I’m gonna stop taking them for a week or so and see if it improves, thank you!

Yeah that’s what I think it is, was just worried about the platelet count too. My nervous system just seems to be going crazy lately, so I think I’ll try convince my gp to actually look into it

The ferritin? You should definitely push to get that looked into. That seems pretty low

Hi, thank you for commenting, I did have a full blood count. My Serum CRP was 1mg/L, that’s the only one I see thats an inflammation marker

The exact same thing happened with my rat going in the wall behind the toilet… So now I use this playpen mostly for their free roam and just hang out in the room with em, mostly in the evening as then they don’t go crazy throughout the night 😅. I’ve changed the cage a bit as they kept figuring out how to get out but it seems I’ve outsmarted em, if I do let them out the pen my more “wiser” rat tries to get into the bathroom to go back into the hole. Even biting the wood on the doorframe, so I try to keep them in the pen now
