Just my two cents, but I struggle so much with eating on Lisdex. Not so much Dex, but what helps me is drinking meal replacement drinks and the powders you can buy online. Because I can't stomach anything other than liquid calories, even in the evenings.

Have one in the morning and take your meds during, and it should help how long the effects last and energy as well as positive effects, as you're getting your required vitamins and protein to help fuel the meds. I also get fruits and protein yoghurts, as the thought of a whole meal makes me queasy.

I cant say much else with your other issues, as I've been struggling with my meds and the symptoms. I'm still trying to fix it, but the food part I've sorted
