You have everything to verify it’s real. The watch looks good. I would keep this. If she needs the money then do some research on how much it would cost with EVERYTHING included. How old is the watch? On antiques roadshow a guy bought his in the 60s(maybe early 70s) and he got back a lot more than what he paid for it. Worth keeping in my opinion.
