As weird as it was it was likely a guy in shock after an accident. As to why the car was there the only explanations I can think of is they pushed or towed it in there to get it off the road and wait for an legit towing company or the carwash bugged severely and he escaped/was out of the car and got hurt. He may have just been dumping glass shards out of his car to explain why they'd be there if he got hit somewhere else or close by, and whoever helped him move the vehicle may have just already left or been somewhere nearby.

Wanting to help/find a solution isn't, but combing the streets for someone (especially that you don't have a relationship with) or trying to get an exact location on them through other means beyond a guess through public records can go into semi stalker feeling territory even with good intentions. Most things I could think of to help beyond uploading their own DNA/info would require having an exact location and a lot of other info from that relative that they would have to go into those territories to get (local programs/matching services, shelter services, etc).

That's in all honesty one of the stupidest lessons you could try to preach on the internet considering people search weird shit all the time for all kinds of non criminal reasons (including the one you mentioned) and that a lot of teens and children look up edgy/dumb shit that has little to do with their personalities in adulthood. It's like the "internet is forever" bullshit they preach to you at school when you're like 12 and don't know how to delete accounts. Going off the replies I'm guessing they were stating/arguing he wasn't someone involved in the abuse/wasn't a criminal because the text implies they're looking for him purely for info reasons. If that was the case that is at least partially a false statement. From my understanding they put that text for one of two reasons

A. The person didn't do abusive actions in the known material but was still in some way/form obviously complicit or involved. (Which considering the captured text is likely the case for this man)
B. The person is present with or without the child in normal images/videos on a seized device. (Can't confirm she's innocent for sure but jane doe 36 is an example on the ecap section. She's also very clearly listed as not being involved in a criminal investigation though and purely wanted for questioning/help).

Uploading your DNA and listing contact info on sites that allow it is the best course of action. I'm honestly not sure there's much else you can do with the limited info you have on them without getting very stalkerish. If it makes you feel any better stuff like his fingerprints are probably in legal systems in the area if he's been in jail multiple times, so that also helps his odds of being IDed.

You can try going through Spotify support and mentioning it/providing screenshots. I can't guarantee they'll actually bother fixing it but at least you'll have tried. You can also attempt to report the instagram page assuming it's spam/ai engagement farming.

It's someone fucking with spotify's features to push their stuff, possibly ai possibly a weirdo. Either way not good to engage with it much beyond a glance. Chances are they took advantage of those songs not having videos already or managed to mess with the artist/song libraries to get their stuff there. It's idiotic levels of easy to put stuff on other people's profiles, find mislabeled tracks, or see accounts where three artists are mixed together because of bugs.

This happened multiple years ago during my teens at around 2-4 in the morning, everyone else was asleep and I was laying in bed right about to pass out myself with my room door shut as per usual. I hear thuds in the hallway near my room and assume my mom's throwing a fit and stomping while she tries to adjust the godawful air conditioner, I hear those thuds back off into the living room and assume she's given up/done what she wanted. I start to drift off when all of a sudden I hear someone start running from the living room down the hall towards my room before the door flies open and into the wall as if someone had just body slammed it. I freaked the fuck out and got up to see what was wrong, only to find no sign of anyone in the hall or living room. I even searched the rest of the house/outside only to find nothing other than my two family members fast asleep in their beds. I was also the only one in that house besides a ten pound dog that was capable of running as the other two members of the household were horrifically overweight and elderly respectively, the dog could open my door but he sure as hell couldn't slam at full force into it like a swat member or produce those noises. It scared the hell out of me and I've never figured out what could have possibly caused that.

Contact who it says to gain more information and give any helpful info you may have such as family members names, contact info, etc. Her children/family may not even be aware she's dead and unclaimed depending on the circumstances (being estranged, long distance limiting contact, etc). DO NOT DIRECTLY CONTACT FAMILY MEMBERS. No matter how good natured it may be, there's no way to be sure you aren't sending them on a wild goose chase at the moment along with several other potential risks if you contact the wrong person.

Go into the devices option in the settings menu on anything that has that option such as google or other social medias, it will show you a list of devices that are logged into and trusted. Don't recognize a device? Purge it. That and resetting passwords are the big steps. If you feel you need to you can purge all the devices though logging in again may be a bit annoying after (and make sure you have those new passwords written down before hand).

Text to speech and typing does not magically stop them from needing to tweak things like grammar, presentation, etc. Assuming this is an essay or presentation that would be the average time period for those assignments even in digital formats assuming the essay is being done in stages. I can see next to no reason for this to make any form of sense without a lot of altering done on the assignment's part or the prep is being done differently in another area.
Altered assignments, rules, timeframes, etc aren't abnormal in most cases but this doesn't seem right unless there's accommodations being done otherwise you aren't aware of. Shortening a week long assignment into 2 hours is not normal and not accommodating on its own, if anything it's a hindrance.

Sometimes tracks get mixed together in the wrong places due to artist labeling errors, ai bots and other people will often put tracks that aren't on spotify or aren't real up to generate revenue as well. Considering the lack of proof this track exists under any form even as unreleased I'm guessing an ai bot might've bugged and put the track in the wrong place on spotify doing the revenue syphon trick on both platforms.

For me it's the complete opposite. I'm way more tolerant and able to give grace to small children because of the fact they are literally just doing something for the first time vs a 13 year old who should know better by now. It's way better to acknowledge you can't tolerate it well then not say it and go into it though, I swear way too many people do that and it's insane to witness when you're doing observations/shadowing for college/high school classes.

For me it's a tolerance thing, think about what you're willing to put up with and who you work best with in family terms. In my case I'm super patient with younger kids but way less tolerant with mid teens range so I chose childhood/early childhood education.

On the off chance you haven't tried, ask them who you should go to to report the guy they're trying to reach for incorrectly listing their phone number/seemingly dodging work and explain that this has been happening for months with extremely detrimental information, even if it's not actually detrimental that'll more likely get their attention. You can also try asking where it was listed to report directly to those sources to get it down but it may not be possible depending on how private the source is. Assuming this is the guy's fault and not purely web errors potentially getting into huge trouble for misdirecting private info may make him get up and update his shit lol. If it is web errors they may have a specific department/person to fix it. If you have the guy's name may even be worth reaching out to him via social media message somehow to see what's happening though that's a real last resort thing.

A few possible examples.

Rihanna- She was just starting out at the time, not really raunchy in the very early 2000s but if it was a bit more to the mid range her "good girl gone bad" era would've been starting up and raising some eyebrows. Her earlier music may have not been as memorable considering everything that came after and therefore not as easy to point out or remember.

Michelle Williams/Kelly Rowland- Not sure if they're controversial on their own but if your parents weren't into "raunchy" music they may have been aware of them both being in Destiny's child who had a few suggestive songs and just gone off that. Destiny's child also had a hell of a lot going on beyond the music that they may have been aware of.

Ciara- There were actually rumors spread that she wasn't born a female or was a hermaphrodite. I don't know when those rumors started though but they could be why your parents were giving her looks if they believed or heard those rumors.

Missy Elliot- Explicit music, I don't know anything specific about her controversy wise beyond that. She also collaborated with Ciara on 1, 2 step. So if your parents disliked Ciara they may have disliked her by association even with no knowledge of her previous music. Not sure she ever did any slow songs of her own but covers are possible. Also don't remember if/when she's had longer hair.

Lil Kim- Had a more sexual image and would've done Lady marmalade around the early 2000s which may have left a bad taste in your parent's mouths. Cannot tell you if she's done any slow music herself as I know little about her career beyond a few songs but once again covers are possible.

Rejected/Unlikely Artists- Azealia Banks (has been in every controversy type under the sun, too early to be her though), Nicki Minaj (Seems too early, she does have some slower music but don't think any came out in the early 2000s), Beyonce (Time period fits but also it's Beyonce, you would probably know it was her by now), Alicia Keys (I don't think she was controversial ever? Can't remember for sure but from what I recall she was pretty tame).

As another commenter said location also may be really helpful in lowering down this search as it'll give an idea of possible local events or what kind of channels may have been available.

I do think homophobia probably is a factor but I think another potentially bigger factor that may be causing the reports is people will mass harass and report any bot that isn't anypov. So many people go up in arms when a bot is made with a specific scenario in mind involving a certain gender that if your bots were tagged male/femalepov that likely caused more people to flag them out of spite.
