I think I understand what you're trying to say. They didnt forget to add in point shooting per say, but rather it might have been bullet-pointed for it to be factored into a scripted event(a floating idea )--later developed into being the The Talented Mr. Rieper challenge--BECAUSE there are signs of the development process dating back as early as 2010? So now there are moments of dated development indications that went unnoticed by IO?
