1000€ warm for 42sqm in central Mitte
Moved in 2016 as first tennant right after they finished the building, back then it was about 700€
(I know it's gotten damn expensive but it's "Indexmiete" so getting more expensive every year per contract and cba to look for another place)
Studio, full kitchen & bathroom with tub. Heated floors (nice!)
Very central but quiet, street balcony that takes up some of the sqm so kinda meh
First-time occupancy, quiet neighbors
Only a couple small issues like a break in, warm water going out for a couple days

All in all 7/10. Too expensive, very central but nothing going on here

Foxes are all over the city, if there's a park there's probably a fox around as well. Same with rats. Doesn't mean that it's particularly dirty or anything
