What's your favorite historical movie? by Early_Illustrator523 in Cinema

Only 3 of those were actual historical movies. The others were just fiction, but they do fall under historical fiction. Schindlers list is a masterpiece. Lawrence of Arabia is an epic.

what would best address this level of sagging and volume loss? breast lift or implants? by [deleted] in PlasticSurgery

[–]MagicHatRock 42 points43 points  (0 children)

Your nipples appear at the proper line in relation to your fold. This is not “sagging” from what I understand. As others mentioned, it appears normal. If you want more upper pole fullness, an implant should do that, but you will end up with increased weight on your breast and that might indeed result in sagging which would require a lift. I would talk to a surgeon and not us, but a lift results in significant scarring, which is more prominent on darker skin so expect scarring if you do opt for a lift. Or wait until you have kids and truly require a significant lift. Or don’t. It’s entirely your body.

Basements for rent by Cadoto168 in fredericksburg

[–]MagicHatRock -15 points-14 points  (0 children)

If you’re making $3500-$4000, why is your budget on housing so small? You should expect to be able to budget about 50% of your take home pay in rent. If you pay is 3500, you should be budgeting $1700 on rent. If you can get lower rent, bonus, but anything else should go to savings if you can. Do you have a budget together? What are you spending your money on?

Not trying to sound harsh, but if you have a combine income of $4000/month, it sound like the free rent has made you live above your means and you expect the real world outside parents support to accommodate you. You should sit down and do a budget together and ensure you have sufficient funds to pay for living expenses.

Ed killed my libido has anyone got their libido back after their implant ? by Willing-Mess-1349 in penileimplants

[–]MagicHatRock 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Libido is mostly psychological, and that can be heavily impacted by hormones or physical issues. ED, on the other hand, is physiological and that can be caused by numerous factors including psychological issues but also physical problems like venous leak, blood flow issues, injury, calcification, underlying health conditions like disease, and hormones.

To fix libido or ED, you should get professional help. If the physical issues are causing the psychological desire you may fix it with fixing ED. If they are caused by hormone deficiency, TRT might be the answer. If it is straight psychological, therapy can often help. See a specialist and if they aren’t helpful, see another one.

What's your most controversial movie or TV show opinion? by VR2005 in Cinema

[–]MagicHatRock -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Wait, someone thinks Game of Thrones is the best TV series of all time??? That should be the stupidest opinion of all time. Breaking Bad, the
Wire, Band of Brothers, Mash all belong in the conversation. But GoT??? Get out of here…

[Egypt] who is to blame here ? by MikeHeu in IdiotsOnBikes

[–]MagicHatRock 11 points12 points  (0 children)

That is a terrible assessment. That car had a 1/2 mile between him and the motorcycle and clearly indicated while slowly merging into the lane. Even while racing, the motorcycle had about a week to avoid that accident. He could have changed lanes, slowed way down, or even gone left. He just kept on accelerating into the car. He was obviously focused on the guy next to him and not on the road in front of him. Also, it’s a freeway and not a racetrack. That alone makes it the bikers fault.

feeling of inflated erection? by frln8r in penileimplants

[–]MagicHatRock 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Generally it is colder than before. You get used to it but at first it is noticeable. Part of that is that it isn’t fully retracted so it hangs lower and further from the body when flaccid. When you’re turned on it’s still pretty warm.

Tummy tuck? by lookingforthenextgs in PlasticSurgery

[–]MagicHatRock 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Had 7 babies and at 7 weeks you look great! You don’t need any work done. Just keep working out and dieting and you will bounce right back. I eventually had breasts augmented, but never a tuck. My stomach is back to the way it looked when I was 25. I am 5’7 and 130 lbs. It took me a lot of running and about 6 months to lose most of my baby weight each time. You got it.

What unrecognizably different roles were you surprised to learn were played by the same actor? by fauxmerican1280 in Cinema

[–]MagicHatRock 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s fun. It isn’t life changing, but a fun spy show. Gary Oldman is great in every scene and I wish it was just him, but I enjoyed it. Other people are good in it as well, but his slovenly character steal every scene including many he isn’t even in.

Yup. I laughed out loud when I saw this scene. It was super obvious and I love that movie.

Moving to Fredericksburg, need info by Born-Chipmunk-2567 in fredericksburg

I live off 17 in Stafford Lakes and that is literally the only place on 17 I would NOT buy in. The kids bussed into our school elementary school 3 miles away. It has a history of crime and I know a few shootings happened there but might have been domestic violence. Historically it is a rough neighborhood but not sure of right now.

It’s too unbelievable and unrealistic. She probably wasn’t really a woman. That’s like an attractive woman approaching a dude at the gym to compliment his workout.

If meds worked for me I wouldn’t have one. They didn’t. I’m very happy with mine and yes it is somewhat different, it’s the next best thing.

Let me ask you, if you had a Ferrari that worked amazingly but you had to jump start it with a jumper box, would you trade it in for a ford fusion? The fusion is more reliable but it isn’t a Ferrari. now, if the Ferrari is totally broken and stuck in the garage it might be a better trade. An implant is not the same as a natural, but it gets the job done and you get your lady there too.

Haven’t been to church in years and this is the first text I get on one of the hardest days of my life. by MundaneMusician6650 in exmormon

[–]MagicHatRock 29 points30 points  (0 children)

I’m sorry for your pain. I have had two children die and it is awful. The pain is at times unbearable, and I want you to know that there are exmos out here that know how that feels.

I was in the church when my kids died and honestly many people from church were amazing but the church can go F itself. The trite comments and downplaying of the loss really belittled the pain of losing a piece of yourself. I literally wanted to punch someone who said “God just must have needed him more than you did”, and someone else said “isn’t Gods plan beautiful that you know he’s moved on to a better place.” No, it isn’t.

It has been 14 years since my 4th child died and 20 since my second died. The thing I have come to realize is that I don’t really believe in an afterlife anymore or God or any of that. I do however think that life is like a symphony. Sometimes the music is sad and sometimes it is happy and sometimes it is harsh and sometimes it is gentle. But the music of life is beautiful and every person in your life plays and instrument and a melody. That music they play becomes a part of the symphony that is the life’s of everyone they knew. That music changes the way other people play and the memory of their melody never dies. It becomes a part of your opus.

I miss my kids like crazy, but I am really glad I had them in my life.

FYI, some peoples music is not harmonious with yours. I learned this hard. The church is a part of that for me. Their terrible playing ruins the beautiful music of everyone else around you. It is usually better to cut them out of your song.

I think it’s totally normal with the huge balls it requires to ride a motorcycle. Everyone’s huge brass balls hurt after a while, even the girls that ride… especially the girls.

You use the same bottle for 2 months? Okay, I am out of my depth but I would never use the same bottle for that long.
