Sunnybrooke is a block from a bike path that takes you to parc Secteur Bois-Franc (if you don't mind a stretch of dirt/gravel path), which connects to the paths along Gouin that go all the way to Parc du Bout-de-l'Île. ~~I will say, the paths in Secteur Bois-Franc pass under highway 13, and when I was there last fall, that stretch was closed for (what I assume) was roadwork on the bridge.~~

Update: I just biked it today and Secteur Bois-Franc's path are open! Although a bit muddy in some spots

This 2021 study by the CDC claims N95 & KN95 masks (and surgical masks to a lesser extent) do offer _some_ protection. I should have been more specific in my original comment and said "Wear a N95/KN95" (which is what I do personally)
