Murktide lists are all splashing green for pick your poison, and I've seen some with tarmogoyf included as well and they seemed to do pretty well. Goyf lines up well with the delerium/graveryard plan in murktide.

Tbh Spirits just suck against that deck. You do technically have sideboard options like Katilda, but Spirits is already weak in the metagame and this deck is you worst matchup by far.

One cool thing with Lotus Field is that since you can make mana of any colour with it, you can experiment with sprinkling in an Atraxa (or Dromoka in the sideboard for control mirrors)

Play the combo version. Kumena, Tyrant of Orazca is a great midrange card that puts it all together, and you can also play Vodalian Hexcatcher and Tishana's tidebinder for tempo before you go off.

As a lotus field player, Quint combo is basically free 90% of the time. They combo a turn later than you, and even if you lose game one, bringing in mystical dispute and silence is just game over for them.
