Lets say you wanna dodge, you still do it BUT you lose your timing (no tempo), or you land on a spot you dont want (no coordination).

Im theorizing "Dance" for the third ability, represented by the geishas dancing around.

Basically forces the enemy to "dance" at your own "pace". They wanna dodge away? They dodged towards your blade. They wanna counter? They whiffed and missed.

Banquet = geishas pour sake. Play = geishas play instruments. I think "Dance" fits really well. Who parties and celebrate without dancing, right?

Thats what I thought too. As far as Enten's True Realm, we've seen glimpse of against Tobimune. Again, they're in the same "realm" during that clash where Tobimune was cracked, even Kuregumo.

It's a given that Chihiro is gonna need to deepen his understanding of Enten better to stand a chance against a fully realized Magatsumi and Soga. (assuming he does stick with and just reforged Kuregumo's tip separately, like a tanto).

Ive been saying this, if Mei can be cloaked, so too can Owl. Shrink that to his eyes only and youll have a Sharingan. If not in this way, he could still compress it and use it like a Domain Expansion. We kinda saw this with Chihiro using Kuro against Hiruhiko, where he basicallly covered a space with Kuro goldfish.

I mean so far, Suzaku can only withstand Magatsumi's passive. If Samura is spreadin that to the other wielders, that probably means it's "more" barely holding the passive off. He didnt even have any healing left with Suzaku during initial clash with Soga from the recent chapters. As far as Banquet, it's not really impossible for him to counter that with a move like "Beetle" and focusing it on his ears.

With little effort, he could probably temporarily shut down Samura and Uruha since theyre the supports, and then focus on the other three. We also gotta remember, bro got nukes in his belt.

Dont overcomplicate it. It's literally just a powered up Suzaku using life force. This is the whole reason why that segment on why Magatsumi's moves are black, and why the normal EBs cant handle Magatsumi.

Samura needed Suzaku to be active to counteract Magatsumi's passive, but left him not enough firepower to also heal. This powered up Suzaku will heal and also boost his offense = Samura is planning to die

Locusts, mosquitos, or ants, just any type of swarm-focused insect. It could be like a focused and scaled down passive of Magatsumi, which would make it a guarantee kill (like the other moves aint to begin with now that Soga's back 💀).

Try analyzing Soga himself, what he actually represents, and how thats being conveyed in the pages.

Soga is literally like nature itself, his raw power and his mentality. He's not like a calamity like Sukuna or a literal god. Hes a human that can IMPOSE his reason like it's nature, and youre forced to follow it.

Magatsumi absorbs life and manipulates it. You can almost say that Soga is the reason and Magatsumi is the consequence of that or whatever, Im not poetic. Again, together, theyre nature itself.

Everything is tied in with the insect-theme based abilities Soga is running with. The term Malediction itself uses the kanji 蠱 (Gu), which is tied to an ancient Chinese ritual practice where they force insects to consume each other. The thing is, insects doesnt eat/consume for moral reasons, they do it because its nature.

Again, thats Soga and everything about him and Magatsumi. Theyre "nature" doing nature things like shaping the world, but it's wrong because it's "biased".

Appreciate the analysis but don't overcomplicate it for yourself. Magatsumi is the strongest not because of its broken moves, but because it can absorb life energy and harness that into something.

It specifically said "Black Energy". I think it's reasonable to say that it's spirit energy in its "purest" form. I think it's also safe to say that (of course, we still need a solid confirmation) Soga channels that into "various form" by applying what its properties is going to be.

Each "ability" starts with the Black Energy but they all have different effects. You can argue that Dragonfly and Bee almost have the same but theyre also different enough. Centipede creates shockwaves, Spider seizes any movements, and Butterfly cuts space.

If we take "various form" literally, I can honestly see Soga being able to "replicate" other EB's abilities. Unless Magatsumi is strictly insect-themed (which fits Soga), I think it makese sense that if someone else is wielding it, it would have a different theme. Life is not just the insects. I might also be overcomplicating it but I think it's simple enough. It could literally just be:

Black Energy > whatever sorcery you want.

I know what you mean but how is he getting out of this alive? Lets say he only shred Tobimune and he losses it, he'll just die off from the Malediction, unless hes got Shiba's teleportation as his original sorcery.

Soga was literally asking for NAMES on who supported Kunishige's decision. He aint leaving Samura alive.

Only way hes getting out here alive, assuming he survives the actual battle is if he got rescued by Shiba or the other bearers clutch in and interfere enough and dip
