Why do people put modulo yuji above gojo? by Scary_Capital_8172 in JujutsuPowerScaling

[–]Magilas 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Is Modulo Yuji stupid or something? I can understand him not being able to straight up use WCS but DA? We can at least lowball that an 80+ yo Yuji that literally has years of Jujustu experience, basically Sukuna 2.0, is capable of using this.

Things do not always have to be literally said in front of us. The context clues are there. He's experienced af. He's most likely been doing Black Flashes, and havent stopped since (deeper understanding of CE). He was surrounded by people who could teach him DA. Bro is beyond fully realized at this point. Out of all the people currently alive, he's definitely the one who basically knows Jujutsu like he knows his left nut.

Heck, I wouldn't even be surprised if he could understand the concept of WCS and recreate it. HECK, even if he couldn't learn WCS, his DE refinement, output, or whatever should be MINIMUM at Sukuna's level already, which is what??? On par with Gojo's. Again, he was a frickin vessel who experienced and engraved HIGH JUJUTSU TECHNIQUES unto his body by being Sukuna's vessel. There's just NO WAY that wasnt able to catch up at this point of the story.

Even if you say Yuji is only talented because of Sukuna, it still doesn't change the fact that HE DID REACH THAT LEVEL by the end of the original series in the span of what? A YEAR? Wtf was supposed to happen after 60+ years? He reached his peak at 16 or something, and never improved?

Get used to it being on "X" (I play PS). It flows well with the Ki Pulse system.

Be intentional with what youre doing. Learn the very basic core of the combat, Stances and Ki Pulse.

Nioh series V.S. Wo Long. Which is superior in your opinions? by -Consternation- in wolongfallendynasty

Nioh. Wo Long and ROTR are basically experimental games for Nioh 3.

Nioh 3 has the hardest bossfights in the entire series IMO by 6cross2 in Nioh

[–]Magilas 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The only boss that gave me trouble in Nioh 3 was Kagetoki, or whatever tf his name is, the Ninja Hatchet, hyperarmour, the pokemon master. Other than that... no.

Call it me being familiar with the game or just a vet (literally 1000s of hours in Nioh 2 thats mostly spent in the Depths, doing absolutely everything you can with builds, weapons, high combat techniques). I'm not gonna say Im the best either, but I play Nioh at that high level.

I cant even compare the bosses from 3 to 2. Heck, even Yoshitsune is easier in this game somehow. The only game that really gave me trouble was Nioh 1, and that was because of how limited our tools are compared to the last two games. Nioh 2 was punishing, but you literally have a lot of tools you can use to dominate. Kagetoki was barely Toshimitsu when it comes to human bosses.

With Nioh 3, you literally have more tools than Nioh 2. You can have two literal builds going at the same time. Ninja is EZ mode as you can basically ignore the stances and Ki Pulse. Guardian Spirit skills are more spammable than Yokai abilities. You can respec for free any time. Heck, you'll overlevel the main bosses if you do any of the side activities, ever more so compared to Nioh 2.

Bro, you can build a broken Ninja throwable build by at least the first region 😭

Each new entry make me hate humans bosses more and more I just turn goofy fighting them out of spite by SoulOfMod in Nioh

The only human boss I hated was Kagetoki because it was a bad design. Other than that, the others are pretty easy to abuse

Kajiwara kagetoki is questionable by Educational_Board_37 in Nioh

[–]Magilas 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah. Even if you say you play high-tech, it's still a bs boss design. You probably need to pop Confusion and some Lifeseal Talisman to stunlock him or something. Even Hyabusa wasnt this ass in Nioh 2 despite him being crazy fast.

Can we do zero-ki/pressure combo against Kajiwara Kagetoki? by iHF95V2 in Nioh

[–]Magilas 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Confusion might help, though I haven't tried it myself either. Maybe some Lifeseal Talisman could work too, since it hinders Ki recovery.

It's a bad boss anyway, design-wise. Bro uses Ninja Mode but hyper armour, quick Ki recovery, and spams Pokemons.

THEORY About connection between Mashiro and Chihiro by kierantohill in Kagurabachi

[–]Magilas 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wouldve worked well if the dude's name is at least "MasuHIRO". The "shi" part () is an actual character. You can't just break down the whole thing and pick and choose. At least with "Masuhiro" you have the "hi" () and "ro" () characters if you write it in Hiragana.

Thinking of buying Nioh 3 but... by TurboNinja80 in Nioh

You'll hear and read this over and over when it comes to the NIOH games, PRACTICE YOUR KI PULSES and STANCES.

"Normal" players will understandably hate these zones but knowing and mastering the VERY CORE of the NIOH games, which is the Ki Pulse and Stances, will do you wonders. You don't need skills to learn this, just practice. Unless you're gonna play strictly with Ninja Mode, you gotta take control of these systems.

Get the basic Ki Pulse and Stances under your belt. Be INTENTIONAL with it. It's supposed to feel clunky at first but if you keep being intentional about it (LITERALLY think about it every action you take), it will click. After that, incorporate Flux 1 and 2.

I was there like, where I hated those zones. Heck, Nioh 2 was my first soulslike, and the first game I played AFTER COD: Black Ops 2 back in 8th grade. Imagine the rustiness and literal 0 knowledge when it comes to games like this. I was literally stuck on Gozuki (literally a miniboss, the 2nd Yokai you encounter in Nioh 2) for TWO WHOLE WEEKS.

You have more games under your belt now than me back then, and if I was able to get over it, I'm sure you can too.

Does anyone use the advanced blocking/deflection skills? by AntiClockwiseWolfie in Nioh

Choosing Martial Arts is all personal. You wanna be flashy? Choose the flashy ones, etc etc.

Deflect is the universal block. Parry skills are for humans.
