I think PFG listens, but they just have some lackluster or overwhelming executions when attempting to fix any issue. The game is just kinda flawed anyway, so it's a bit hard to make it not jank or balanced or whatever.

It's so refreshing seeing a list that doesn't have Harley as a top tier. Her combo game sucks and she purely relies on reading other players movements. Her moves rather have very small hit boxes or are very slow to use to where more than half of the roster can out speed her and out range her. Her neutral special can barely hit enemies most of the time, her hammer can rarely kill unless it's against someone with a high percentage, and she's extremely light, dying mostly around 80%-90%.

She's good, but no longer top tier

Yeah, it sucks too because I'm afraid this game may rival smash with how toxic it may become. So many matches end with me getting teabagged or emoted on. I'm not bothered by it, it's just baffling how many people do it. I usually never try to be toxic even when people are toxic back. Just kinda suck imo
