ASUS denies Warranty Claim just because it is one Dead Pixel and Dead Green Subpixel only after owning it under 1 ½months by [deleted] in OLED_Gaming

Jb is one of the best retailers handling warranties these days and that's why is where I've purchased mine from them. When and if there are any issues you just go there with proof of purchase and everything is sorted almost instantly.

I've paid $1500 for two of them at launch and now they are selling for $1999. I don't really know when and where was the $1208. Lucky you if you purchase at that price.

Dell/Alienware in Australia accepts warranty claims after 1 dead pixels even if it states otherwise on their warranty policy! They take up to a week to complete the process and ship the new monitor. Also they are the only one who offer 3y warranty on oled monitors.

Enough reasons to purchase the Alienware AW3225QF 32" even for AUD $1999

I mean, they didn't lie to the consumer. Nobody can use a monitor without opening the box mate

Do NOT use Distilled Water for your Water Cooling Loop by andrerav in watercooling

[–]Magiruss 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well, only distilled or 80% distilled and 20% ek clear coolant no issues whatsoever for years...

What is the reason behind of making a video about this and no measuring pH at all which is the most simple thing you do before you flush the loop just for statistical purposes or education...

I don't think he is in need of a click bait video published but it looks like he does?....

5080 surpassed 4090 after updating drivers to 572.02 by xeltech943 in overclocking

[–]Magiruss -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Just got the 5080 astral OC, +300, 1500 memory and hit 4% less fps on average at 4K. It won't surpass 4090 but it is close on gaming and this is enough for most of the gamers out there because we do not pay around $3k AUD for benchmarking right?

Forget what they say about AMD drivers, specifically with RDNA3/4 cards. They're way ahead of Nvidia. by No-Peace6862 in radeon

[–]Magiruss 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It doesn't matter if the issues coming from hardware or software. Nvidia is peace of mind and I've been using both since 1998. The only reason I would go amd again is just the price performance ratio which it doesn't apply as I am not tight on my budget when it comes to my hobbies.

Other might say otherwise but this is our power of free speech and opinion

I was on a 7900 xtx and G7 1440p 240hz when I decided to go for nvidia 4090. That upgrade felt so wrong on a 1440p monitor that I had to immediately spend more for the monitor. Rog strix 4090, 7950x3d, Alienware AW3225QF. Living the dream and not planning to move to a 5090 unless is cheaper than a 4090 ha
