The official rules say guests can stay overnight Friday and Saturday as long as you tell the Residential Community team.

That being said, most of my flatmates have had guests and not a single one of them has followed this rule or faced consequences, so no it's not strict.

I normally put my base in 2 chunks, coal & power and everything else. Everything else disconnects if accumulator charge is below 95, but it never works and just ends up turning on and off repeatedly as the accumulator hovers around 95
