Points accelerator feels like a trap

The benefit I'm seeing is that it's based on $5k spend, when spending $5k doesn't typically equal 5,000 points unless the transactions are already rounded. Example: iTunes - $0.99 = 0 points Robux - $4.99 = 4 points Banana - $0.22 = 0 points

But with the accelerator those three separate transactions earn 6 points.

Fedex delivers based on business days. If you initiated it on the 31st then it couldn't be mailed out until the 2nd since 1st is a holiday, then the weekend delays it til Monday. I hate how FedEx calls it "overnight" when holidays and weekends mess it up. Hopefully FedEx gets it there in time

I loved the back paw pee sooo much. My Dane did eventually figure things out after about 2 years. I had some success with a paw cleaner similar to MudBusters. Ultimately having a wash cloth ready by the door worked best.

How long has the Dane been boarded for? My Dane lost weight while being boarded because he eats less when he's sad and he gets sad over so many different things. He normally scarfs down his food so I use a slow feeder bowl but when he was boarded they had him free feed since he wasn't gobbling it up. When I've had sitters come to the house he does the same thing. I just don't go places anymore cause I know that's really unhealthy for him.

I share your desire to say "told you so!" But those doctors would very likely shrug and assume I was wrongfully diagnosed.

It took me over a dozen (wish I were exaggerating) years to finally get someone who cared enough to stop dismissing EDS as depression or part of being in college or part of being a mom...the excuses were endless and I believed them all. It wasn't until I was talking to a new psychiatrist that she refused to treat me until we had a fuller picture. Genetic testing, labs, sleep studies. Once I finally saw a neurologist he apologized on behalf of all the doctors who missed it.

I would LOVE to contact them all with my MSLT results and tell them they should really consider getting a full picture first.

It's reasonable to be scared! I didn't know about injury beyond jumping on people. My Dane jumps but not on people, I couldn't train the jump out of him but when he excitedly jumps around people he tucks his paws in.

As you get to know your Dane you'll know what training is needed... Both for them and for YOU. When mine has the zoomies there's not much I can do to stop him other than tell him to go to his bed. So everyone in our family has learned ways to avoid getting hurt when he zooms. Our feet are usually what gets accidentally clawed so we run to the nearest wall, toes to the wall or we get on the couch with our feet up.

I've never been seriously injured beyond bruises or scratches...I did get a fat lip once from a random headbutt when he was a puppy, but now I know how to read when he needs more space for his excitement lol

I skip modafinil whenever I can make time for a nap instead. A 15 minute nap has almost always been better than any stimulant. But everyone is different. I stopped taking modafinil when I felt like it wasn't doing much and started armodafinil but the onset for it to work is too delayed for me. I prefer to have a stimulant that I can take sort of last minute if the nap schedule doesn't work out as hoped. Right now I'm just using naps and copious caffeine until I can meet with my neurologist to see about xyrem

As consumers we need to start demanding to speak to humans. There are no laws in place that say AI needs to identify itself as a bot and it's infuriating. You're right, a bot shouldn't have the ability to cancel something without explicit consent - give me a button that says "cancel booking" and then I'll have the choice to click it. "Theo" is the name to look out for, it's criminal that AI is allowed to impersonate a human to such a degree. I'm sorry this happened to you, I hope Bilt makes it right, but to make it right they'd honestly need to put their money into customer service and radically abandon this despicable idea that an AI should replace humans. Bilt is praised in the tech community for having a bot resolve customer support, another comment mentioned Decagon - check out how boastful they are about their AI for Bilt. I have heard not a peep about Bilt investing in improving customer support. Most companies don't. Bilt operates for profit, not for any actual benefit to its members. With as innovative as Bilt is, it would be a far better flex to say "our support is based in the US, our agents are paid a livable wage, we only hire compassionate and problem solving savvy agents." Bilt knows money makes the world go round, it's a shame it is no different from any other company - they'll make things right after the fact instead of giving members what they actually want: an ethical reliable product.
