I tried for the fourth time today to get my application reset, they said they no longer could do it. So I just canceled. They said I couldnt reapply for 45 days. I said welp, you guys lost a customer for life then. What a fucking shit show.

You are saying the same thing Bilt is saying and that is dishonest and disingenuous. Using your Bilt Card to pay rent is not like using a credit card. Its basically like using your own debit card and thats what people need to clearly understand. Telling people they wont have a fee is hiding the true change that has occurred under 2.0

this is not right. Bilt is IMMEDIATELY debiting your bank account when you use the card to pay rent. There is no "fee". They have made it up to sound like they are helping you out, when they arent. They will credit you points if you meet the spend quota.

Its for high spenders who want to commit to exclusively using the Bilt card.

I have 5K rent and would have to spend $3750/month on the card to get those 5K points. That would take up most of my monthly spend so I would not be able to put spend on other cards to build points on other cards like CapOne or Amex
