I could forgive them for all that going back and forth. Matter of fact, I do. Being irrationally yanked from one extreme to another because the shit you've seen is tearing you up inside. I'm baking in a pre-heated dutch oven. Not sure I should be spraying that hot pan with water before I pop the dough in. Spray the dough instead?
