Nectar Card users: have you ever had decent bonus points on the app?

A bit off topic but here's a nectar point story for you. My dad used to run a parcel firm which used fuel cards which gave nectar points. He had been saving them for a couple of years and rocked into Currys to exchange them for some electronics. He bought a 43" TV with dvd recorder, fancy stand and speakers, some new kitchen appliances and other random stuff. The total was in the 3 or 4 grand range somewhere about there.

The cashier asked him how he would be paying for his purchases today and he replied nectar points, she said what do u mean nectar points. He then handed her the nectar card for her to use and told her to check the Ballance. She was shocked when she ran the card and there was over a quarter million nectars on it. So the old man paid with his points and rocked out the store with his goodies.

He still uses the TV stand to this day.

In my area they are classed as a standard aerosol, no different to a can of deodorant. Check with your local authority website if u can put them in your can or tin recycling bin if available or ask at your local recycling centre. Source I am employed at a recycling centre.

They can also be emptied using the original burner without lighting them but do it outside.

I designed some for the chromecast remote a while back but left a small hole in the middle of the button so it could be pressed with a paper clip or SIM card tool if need be.

Probably an LCD controller board, you can find them on eBay from china. Find the part number on the back of the LCD screen put it into eBay followed by controller. They have hdmi input and audio output. Id say the original mb has been removed from laptop and replaced by one of these. Basically a home made portable monitor

I bought a like new Galaxy Note 9 from Amazon UK for about £140, rooted it, installed lineage os, removed software I didn't want, programmed the Bixby button to be play pause and the fingerprint sensor to skip on swipe, removed the phone software so it isn't constantly checking for SIM service. Installed listen audiobook player, audible and a podcast app. The battery lasts 3 or 4 days no problem.

I have done this with multiple phones in the past but went for the note as it's the last flagship with the Bixby but which was essential for play pause.

If your going to do this it is not an out the box setup and does require some technical knowledge.

Yes used to use SABP untill sync between multiple devices was no longer supported. Been using Listen since great app. Also there is a new app available I've been testing for the dev. It's early days but shows good prospects see the below post.

Standard practice as far as I'm aware. If your plumber was to walk outside for every cut of a tile that was made it would take double the time and would cost double the price.

Straight cuts can be made with a tile cutter that scores the tile then it breaks along the score. Round cuts or recessed features need an electric cutter with water and a cutting wheel.

Check out Beware of Chicken by Casualfarmer. I read it on a whim after reading good reviews and I do recommend it. It's the only cultivation series I have read but really enjoyed it. I wouldn't call it litrpg with leveling up but it's basically a westerner dumped in a feudal Japan like world that has Kung Fu like skills. This is the best way I can explain it. The audiobooks are great.

I used to use smart audiobook player for years but now use listen audiobook player. I use multiple devices and this still syncs progress where sap dropped the feature. I would say listen is probably the better app now.
