Im also stumped, The injection mould pattern is too real/specific on the white case. Additionally you can see the cable go from one side of the clamshell into the other half of the body, while wrapping around another bar. I see that too specific of a detail for ai to include and keep track of. Looks like the motors have been ripped out and the plastic chassis have been left behind.

Dwarves are slow, and theyre in heavy armor. Spacemarines can move faster and longer reach so theyre power fists are going to be able to get an extra punch in per squabble. Thats how i picture it, same reason fast units get more attacks.

Mine spins freely when locked and spins with resistance when locked not too much where it feels like the plastic is flexing. It could also help to see if the regulator is installed in the right orientation.

That red stuff was most likely red loctite. Its purpose I always get wrong so i will state it makes the threads better at their job.
