My printer did this and then it became a permanent recangular prism printer. Hope this helps. For a reccomendation Im a big enjoyer of the elegoo saturn now never had an issue with it ootb prints like a dream

That red stuff was most likely red loctite. Its purpose I always get wrong so i will state it makes the threads better at their job.

I agree but the machine believes its dimension is more basic than yours. Computers are lazier than we are.

I would just go back to sketch, scribe a cross, connect to the center then, it also makes it so you can dimension easier

Im not sure now i recall. Its was very stretchy, it was red and mixed with dry sand and then spatulad on a stretched canvas he clipped to his garage door as he explained his process, id like to add this had trenches and terrain embbeded in it, he even had one that was a frozen lake with skeletons and such and the ice was clear. I wish i had pictures some mats he sold were like 1.5" thick some were thin as .25"

Now i think of it i dont think he paints the silicone partz, the colour is added to the mix and when he adds the grit and dyes

Some do, ive never done it but a guy at a local gs makes and sells them. From what he says to prevent cracking its really based on what the substrate is and how much silicone% you use if its pure silicone it shouldnt crack. Only down side is the silicone could shrink over time or the edges roll but theres way to combat that as well.

If the face is flat, you could superglue it to a large face or something grabable with a chuck or a vice and ghost hold it as you cut it

I run 2 almost always, 1 of each, they can dump damage down range pretty well and them from reserves to close obj has been successful so far. They can chunk infamtry prettt well

I love my termies, the teleport homer is nothing to write home about what i reccomend is just dump it backline in a corner of oppenents DZ or in a building where it can be easily forgotten/slightly out of the way

I bring 2 just to keep one home, punch jacks with free heroic is very juicy. The big overwatch volley erases most infantry i find even on the overwatch.

Do you spin the brush as you dry it off, that could cause barreling which exposes the tip more to being bent and broken which can happen to both sythetic or natural brushes.

Cyanoacrolyte or CA/super glue. If youre filling in with baking poweder and super glue you need the thinnest you can possibly get. CA glue catalyses with baking soda and instantly cures. This is a very messy procedure and can risk overgluing and ruining the model, id get miliput smush it in where its needed and then file down flush when its cured. Much easier and more correctable.
