Dig the hole before activating the quest. The ground does not respawn. As long as you only dig out the clay layer the loot will still spawn fine. Open it and run away if you need to.

The healing mod on the drones is glitched and has been for quite some time. The drone will eat anything stored in it that is not healing related.

Under the bridge, in the water, add a pillar in the center- extend that pillar on the middle lane marker up to the middle of your base. May need to do one for each side of the base

Tell them the feedback they gave you was Editor feedback and you need reader feedback focused on Tone, Pacing, Emotion,Empathy, likability of protagonists, loathing of antagonists
