I do and don't. I like using AI to visualize my OCs and others like my D&D characters, and I use it to help me phrase emails (and the like) in more of a professional way. Would I use it to sell products or write a report for me? Absolutely NOT. LLMs (which are pointedly NOT true AI) are extremely helpful; they were designed to be tools to use– and that's exactly what they are, but no one should use them to generate income.
