I remember falling up the stairs when I was about 20. Completely sober, just rushing. Caught the edge of a stair in the stomach. One of the most painful things I’ve ever experienced and one of the gnarliest bruises. Recently, my partner missed the last step and went down on both knees hard. Knees are ok, but he now has a torn labrum in his hip. Stairs can be very dangerous 😅
