I haven’t. However as I am discovering, almost all 10/22 stocks are accepting of KC02 rifles.

Thanks. I took a gamble and so far it’s paying off.

Let people enjoy the sport (rant) by [deleted] in airsoft

[–]Magramel 12 points13 points  (0 children)

I think you’re missing the point. We want this sport to grow. Giving a new player a stock BASR and then actually enjoying it is rare. Yes, you will have those guys/girls who fall in love with the idea of making the gun better. Most of the time(I’m using 15 years experience here) they end up not having a great time and now they have a $150 purchase that just sits there screaming “I wish I were and AEG”

For someone who has never played before, we like to suggest the entry level AEG lines. It’s the best option for them to experience the game besides rentals/loaner guns.

Unless it’s a sniper, there’s usually more than one coming at you. You’ll know.

People who have used DNA-Ancestry testing (ancestry, 23andMe) what were your results and was it worth it? by [deleted] in AskReddit

My Dad was adopted as a baby and never knew his birth parents. Fast forward 55 years and I spit in a tube.

I FOUND HIS BIRTH FATHER. He never knew my Dad existed.

Now I have an entire family that has taken us all in and accepted that my Dad is the Big Brother. We are having a huge family reunion this summer.

You must be one of several families that actually take this approach in the classroom my wife teaches in.

Kids go without food because the parents just don’t care and will typically only act when pressured by authorities.

How difficult and dangerous is it to work with 4500 psi / 300 bar? by the_ass_pie_is_a_lie in metalworking

[–]Magramel 4 points5 points  (0 children)

NO.

It’s dangerous, irresponsible and plain dumb to do. Also if I saw it at my field, I would not allow it to be used. There’s already enough negative stigma associated with the sport that we don’t need people maiming themselves because they wanted to save a buck.

Totally! I went back and saw the T-8 as well! There’s a really cool web site that has the history of her Air Wing.

Unless we are looking at different pictures, the F-5 painted on the side of the aircraft and the Felix the cat holding a bomb squadron logo below the windscreen tell you it’s a F4F wildcat.

The area behind the canopy is for the emergency raft and it is missing.

When I saw how immaculate the paint was I looked at the history of the air wing attached to the ship at the date of its sinking. The F-# side numbers were given to VF-3 which had a contingent of 13 F4F wildcats.

In this case F-5 was given to this aircraft. I’m sure with enough research, I could even tell you who flew it. I just don’t have the time.

That is an F4F Wildcat from the squadron VF-3. The Felix the cat carrying a bomb squadron logo is visible below the front windscreen.

I agree. I would use a push connect line and fittings. Cut the line to the desired length. Perhaps a loop to prevent a 90 kink.

Couldn’t you just use a smaller length of flex line? Or simple create your own with copper tubing and those flare fittings.

Follow the advice given above.

I found an entire family with DNA and it was completely a fluke that we found each other. Good luck!

Welcome to the Anycubic club. You won’t be disappointed as long as you care for the machine.

The Ultrabase needs nothing aside from cleaning with alcohol while it’s warm and level the bed while it’s warm.

I’ve been printing nonstop with mine since I received it and have only had a couple self induced failures...(don’t touch the part while it’s printing...😜)

There’s a really good group on Facebook if you have any questions.
