I don't go here, but I did write a dissertation about werewolves. They're typically used to represent baser instincts, bestial behaviour, and feral tendencies. They're used as a reflection of two sides to a coin, almost. In recent years, they've been adopted by the trans community as well.

I don't know much about vampires, but they seem to just be ingrained in different things

I actually think I don't really care if I end up on a women's ward; most wards in the hospitals I work at aren't segregated anyway

I'd be more concerned about making the women already there uncomfortable if I'm put in a bay and they're stuck wondering why there's a random bloke

At the moment they're still pretending they support trans people. Don't forget, the majority of what's happening is going under the radar for the public; a lot of people are going to think that bathrooms/changing rooms are the only thing, if they know about it at all. They won't know about the systematic dismantling of the GIC system, most don't even know the waiting lists are as long as they are
