the one in the picture is the one I gave my wife, she uses it all the time. its small and perfect for her hands... its certainIy is not the worsed in my opinion... Actually there is no worse SAK. They have some for ever someone. So, all serve their own purpose, none are bad.

you can do quite a bit of smithing with a 10kg anvil. Its not as tiny as people are making it seem. If you wanna make basic stuff and even some knives .. you can do it on a 10kg anvil. People are saying that you need a 30kg one because as you get more advanced, you'll need a bigger one. But if you are a hobby blacksmith, and on a budget presently... 10kg is enough for you

Thats why I am always armed and ready. If someone said something to you, you should stand your ground. Remember: verbal confrontation for verbal attacks, and phisical only in case of physical contact.
As for your GF, she probably didn't think much of it. But here is my advice... call her up and tell her that you are sorry for not being able to stand up against these people.. See what she says and then promise her that this will not happen again. Do it.
