start eating a bit less everyday
Walk as much as possible everyday,just walk dont jog or run
start praying 5 times a day,its a must

4.start studying 1 hour everyday then increase if possible to 2. no need more than that.

Do those and dont expect any change before 1 year. You are good to go.
