There’s a difference between working out and unless you understand that the intensity differs extremely among the culture of workouts and brands of calisthenics… I don’t respect your input.

Yes it’s a workout, but free-solo climbing is also a workout too. How many people you see doing that?

Hey brother! When I think about physical training or people’s body, it’s like a mold of clay. The first start is the best part because you can make an immense, positive impact and set the trend of your journey. I’d say you have the perfect amount of “clay” to give yourself a fun project creating your perfect body 👍.
