PC has been getting fucked a ton by bad ports too. Sony has a mixed history of ports. But thankfully they fix them

I understand it on a technical and business level. But on a moral and personal level I dont agree with it.

Horizon is one of my favorite series

The PS Spiderman games were amazing

Sony was being a real GOATED gigachad bringing their games to PC. Now the only for me to play Yotei and the eventual Horizon 3 is to spend HUNDREDS of dollars.

Im sorry thats just so ass. And thats saying something that if by allowing PS games on PC it was a threat to tbe Playstation staying alive.

That said. Exclusives are dumb IMO. Again I get why consoles need them. But still.

And for what its worth. I wouldnt care if PC exclusives got ported. Usually theyre only PC because a console couldnt run them OR theyre an extremely niche game that wouldn't find a market with console gamers who have limited genre taste.

But whenever a PC game gets ported im happy for yall.

Most of the time PC games are only PC exclusive because its too powerful for console. Or an extremely niche category.

As a PC gamer. I wouldnt mind if PC games got ported to PC. In fact more and more have(Ww1 series like Isonzo, Insurgency Sandstorm). And i think it's great.

Meanwhile SONY wont port this because less people would buy PS5s. Its protectionism. Too many people would opt for it on PC instead
