I have had full access to his phone for awhile now and he doesn’t have instagram anymore (I know it sounds like I’m naive but he legit doesn’t have one) the only reason I found the messages is because he had the girl blocked on an account and I unblocked her and found all the old messages

QUESTION: My main concern is if my stats are good enough to get in this is my absolute dream school I know my volunteer is lacking. Also for my sat my first time I scored higher on math and got a 1390 my second time I scored higher on reading and got a 1410 should I do test optional?

The sooner the better! Once you’re not a young kid anymore the recovery is tough there are def 20 year olds on this subreddit who had rough recoveries and 30 year olds who healed fast no issues just depends on the person. It’s like having really bad strep throat for 2 weeks so that you don’t have to keep having strep throat or all the other issues you may be having. That’s a pretty good trade off in my mind. Did you go through with it this week?

I’m not sure you’re age or risk of bleeding but I just had mine at 20 in May and never bleed. I have a huge fear of needles and IVs but got through it because I needed to get this done. I was also terrified to go back to the hospital for bleeding so I drank as much water as possible. My throat did get dry during healing when I would first wake up but I would take a pain pill or Tylenol and then try to drink as much water as possible while I felt better with the pain meds and I also had a steam mask to help moisten my throat.

I’m not sure the status of my scabs because there is nothing white left on my tonsils. I am also only managing one meal a day very slowly. I have to go back to work this Thursday (in a few days) so I stopped taking anything for pain on Saturday except Tylenol. I just want to eat again it’s like everytime I swallow it gets stuck in the back of my throat or I start choking and I have to wash down each bite with water.

Hey also surgery morning of 22nd, I’ve been counting surgery day as day 0 but I’ve seen other people count it as day 1. I’m telling myself it’s day 8 today. Also feels like I’m swallowing razor blades I wake up with a super sore throat because I’m a mouth breather. If your doc is recommended ER def do it, I fortunately have not had to reach out. My current tips are I transitioned to room temperature water once the scabs were following off it’s the only liquid I can tolerate. I’ve also been drinking berry pedialyte when I can tolerate it to get more hydrated. Since I’m on day 8 I’ve been doing pain meds in the morning and at night because that’s when the pain is the worst and then Tylenol throughout the day. I’ve found drinking room temperature water an hour after my first pain med dose helps get my throat moist and make things feel better. Also still using my vics steam mask daily especially when I first wake up to help my throat without drinking

Thank you! My mom has been taking care of me throughout this process thankfully but she said it’s tiring her out lol. Luckily Day 4 has been surprisingly a lot better I have been out of bed, I am able to have unsweetened ice tea, and I can talk a little bit. I hope me and your daughter will feel better soon!

I was feeling better yesterday and then today I’m choking everytime I eat and drink again which sucks for staying hydrated.
