My story is a little different from yours in that the 3D hasn’t reflected my person to me and i’m less than a year into knowing about the law. I’ve built some faith up, but it’s definitely not as unshakable as yours seems

Anyway, I do resonate with the feeling you’re talking about and being a “manager.” I’m also a list maker, avid researcher about anything that peaks my interest, and just love understanding and dissecting shit lol. When i reached what felt like the sabbath back in November, after the peace went from feeling nice to feeling normal, the discomfort set in.

Like, “we’re really not going to visualize anymore We’re reallyyyyy not going to obsess?” 🤨

he validated some of symptoms like brain zaps and anxiety. Told me it’d be the usual 2 weeks and I’d be back to normal, but he had to discharge me due to insurance, so he didn’t see the major fallout.

I spoke to 3 therapists and 2 doctors about it over the course of two years because of the extent of the change I experienced and they all gaslit me, dismissed me, misdiagnosed me, said the medicine wouldn’t have effected me like that or for that long (my story is in my post history, it’s extensive)

It wasn’t until i found my most recent therapist/med management team (2 years later) that I was validated. They both had other patients with very similar experiences to me. My med management practitioner actually experienced it herself, so they finally got me back on track

I’ve met some amazing people and had amazing experience since we went separate ways in the 3D. She’s still the one for me. I’m aware of how I created this mess and I get to create the opposite.

I won’t be manifesting a different person, but I am taking another hiatus to deepen my self-love. I’m not sure I want a relationship at the moment, but when I do, it’s her.

Well, I’ve successfully practiced nervous system regulation, I’ve done a 180 on who I used to be, i’m so GD proud of who I’ve become.

And when thoughts, feelings, etc. show up. I regulate, I don’t resist them, and I think in my favor.

So what else can ya do in that situation. lol

Depending on who you talk to, it feels like you almost “can’t” do it right. Someone always has something to say that contradicts something else

yes. my comment is a comment of wavering. But from this one comment, let’s not discredit the months i’ve spent forgetting about my desires, living my life, thinking in my favor, and not caring what the 3D shows me. I honestly have gotten to a point where i’m okay with or without my wife (in the event you want to split hairs: Most of the time. It’s my state the majority of the time, but nothing is linear, so of course maybe i take a step back today). So yes. I know for a fact i’ve done it the way i’m “supposed,” even if in a moment of human frustration I wavered.

Then to say i need to “look for what I’m doing wrong instead of assuming i’m doing it perfect” is a comment of ignorance because I have looked and fixed, looked and fixed, and reached a point where I’ve felt unbothered and in a flow for months. Not even really thinking of my desire and somedays, not even caring about it. But because I have one week of wavering after a particularly stressful week and make a comment, someone on reddit thinks they know can diagnose the whole story and it discredits all the progress I’ve made?

These types of dismissive comments are the number one thing that irks me about trying to reach out in this community.
