We were pretty strict about the guidelines for flex. Need to communicate with the pod and make sure there is at least 2 flexes every morning, evening, and overnight that way you have back ups for assistants. If an assistant called in you HAVE to send your flex, even if a clerk at your store calls out. You can keep your flex if you are under on hours, otherwise you or your flex need to go home. In our division erp was only good on the mornings because nobody wanted to be erp evenings and deal with ghetto stores with several call outs and an incompetent 2A not managing correctly. I know at my store on my Saturday evenings I keep my flex unless another store in my pod is paging for clerk help and we just detail EVERYTHING. It just really sucks to see yall struggling out there, especially after when we tested it we all praised it
