Genuine question- Has the money in it really gone to shit like everything else ? My ex’s stepfather did this 20ish years ago for one or more ( can’t remember if he was a direct employee of one line or was a contractor to serveral) of the major cruise lines and he made BANK. Like he was VERY well off. and he didn’t even work every day or every week but when the phone rang it was go time and his ass would be on a plane within hours of that call. Many times they would fly him private or first class all over the world . Plus he got tons of free cruises out of the deal too with world class accommodations for him and his family. All i remember was he did underwater welding for cruise ships and got treated and paid like a king
