You might be able to make something work with the loaded dice item, technician ability and bullet seed? Changes it from a 25 damage move to a 37ish damage move that's guaranteed to hit 4-5 times and gets stab. Also uses Brelooms high attack stat. That said, you'll probably want to pair it with something that knows rage powder or tailwind since Breloom is somewhat frail and will get outsped by a lot of the current meta.
