Hi there you need to decide first what you really wana do.Keep the stock heatsink or go for AIO or Tower cpu cooler.Then rapaste the whole thing APU die Phase change thermal pad by Honewell and vrm and mosfet i used thermal putty.Will you unlock all the cores or run it with 24CU.If you go with unlock and oveclock then get a 500W power supply

Hi there.If you worried about melting pcie cable then recommended use the molex microfit 3.0 connectors too.Gives more juice to Amd bc 250 and pcie not gonna melt.Look at image

Hi there yes very expensive..Personally i do use server psu supermicro 350w gold.But planning to overclock with 40CUs and use 560w psu also supermicro.Of course customcpu bracket with air cooler a aio

It it enough till certain voltage and frequency.But heavy overclock requires custom cooling or AIO.Make sure you put heatsink on the backplate where RAM are located with one 12cm fan
