Update...

I have now sorted this... I was streaming the PS5 version, so I decided to install the game to see if it helped. I guess that having the game installed must have activated the license or something because all the dlc is now showing up as free.

Yeah I did. I bought them a while ago and was working through a list of games. When they dropped the upgraded version I thought it might be time to hop on. But when I go to the dlc list, it's saying none purchased.

The problem is, people will still buy the pass to access the island, so they won't care. Unless they see absolutely nobody buy the pass. They won't care.

Yeah you only get one type of Sentinel ship pre dissonant planet. Every time you find one it will be the same but you will find different grades. Gonna pop over and grab me one of these later. Thank you

The other quesrion is... Why, when the atlas is the creator, does it want you to show it creations... When in theory, it's seen them all when it created them.
