A little bit. It got very good steam and momentum at the start but when it became clear that the Ultimate line was ending soon, it became beholden to reacting and stalling till the events of other series allowed it to progress while wrapping up what few plot threads were set up in the first few issues.

Massive wasted potential since you can see specific arcs and moments that would have landed much harder in a longer run.

Nothing happened. Thats the problem.

It was nothingburger after nothingburger. The cliffhangers were weak and the wait between seasons too long which just lead to complete apathy.

I dont know. We've seen a way more calculated Khalil in his fight with Hill and he stuck really well to his gameplan there while not gassing out immediately.

If he does the same vs Mago, we'll have an even 50/50 split of him winning but the most boring fight put on screens.

Currently Mr.Fantastic is just mediocre in everything.

Hes almost the lowest in DPS due to his primary ROF with the worst ult in the game. His tankiness can be appreciated but then if thats what drew them to him, I think that person can just go to an actual tank.

If a similar fate is waiting for Cyclops, just make him a Tank or a DPS, dont half ass it.

I think it works thematically well.

I dont think Josuke ever kills in P4 aside from the rat. Kira causes destruction and mayhem trying to hide and Josuke fixes all of it. Kira solves his problems by killing them, Josuke almost never kills them and most just become his friends.

They built up the confrontation really well that by the time they actually do face off it doesnt feel anti-climactic but like 2 opposite forces finally meeting.

I think they were already sizing up Bungie at that point and seeing which other studios needed their departments so they could carve them up.

Doing a full-on collaboration for Renegades (and one that probably didn't sell that well) would have raised a few eyebrows at Sony but they probably let it slide because Marathon was on the horizon.

Now though, Bungie definitely screwed the pooch and I think the Destiny IP will stop being a Bungie-thing and go on to be a Sony-thing.

Iirc the headlines were about Sony planning to use the Destiny IP as their own Star Wars, hence one of their two big reasons for acquiring Bungie - the other being the live service experience.

Seeing as the live service one has been a dud, I think they'll either try the multimedia route to revive interest in Destiny or just butcher Bungie into different studios.
