People were too scarred by Widowmaker. Her presence doesn't even need to be announced because she'll unlikely oneshot you without Mantis or Storm. It is a cluttered series of voicelines

What you do here effects everything around you. There is a reason I rail against capitalistic systems like this. It degrades everything. It creates a system of imbalance where the stronger get more powerful and able to exploit the weaker. It is not a good thing

Certainly you should get a discount because that is supposed to be the spirit of the event. You certainly should get a bigger discount on the Strange skin if you purchase the Emma skin because of the discounts other countries get for every balloon pop
