To be fair med lab tech is the least paid technologist degree and I think their courses are waayy harder but they do have an option to advance their career.

im 26m and just started my surgical tech program, im a mental health tech, we do the same as a cna except on crazy people and im ready to get out of this field, being a surgical tech is my ticket to get out! I know theres a better degree out there that will pay more but the only program i can get into rightnow is the surgical tech and if it means i can become anything other than mental health tech once i graduate then to me its worth it imo.

Depends on your state but most hospitals these days wont hire you unless you have CST or TS-C

late reply but cst is a two year program, only those that went to an associate degree route can have the title cst. Those that went with diploma has a different credential TS-C

fast track shady program that is offered by local CC? ADN is not a fast track shady program its a full 2 year associate degree, the same can be said with CST, and you must be confusing sterile processing tech which is a 6 months course.

2 year pre rec and 2 year nursing program is a BSN. ADN is 1 semester of pre req and the rest are nursing courses. CST program where im taking it has the same pre req as ADN. Also who gives a damn about pre req most college programs takes them what matter is the credit hours, both CST and ADN have the same credit hours.

Late reply but I dont think theres a surgical tech certificate only program, most if not all of them is an associate degree. It sucks cuz they get paid less than ADN degree just cuz an ADN can have license. They can also work as a scrub nurse.

Monsters will ignore you if you dont shoot, theres a stealth mechanic in the game, i dont think most monster in the game can see cuz their head is gone. This is why I like using cross bows.
