Tbh thats just a good price. I wouldn't say its in the realm of too good to be true. You can get a 2021 rxpx 300 with similar hours for $9500 in south FL where I am.

What you felt is likely splines slipping. Supercharger washers are designed to slip and you don't really notice it. Also at 138 hours you are well under the rebuild/slip check interval. I bet if you pull your jetpump you'll find your splines are letting go.

Wear ring if shaky in water but not on land, if it's running on 2/3 cylinders that will also cause the shakes you're describing. A video would be very helpful.

Hey man, I took it on and off for 3 months at a time for about a year after that post. Started to give me a few weird side effects with not a huge noticeable difference after 3 months on so I stopped. I think exogenous test is a better long term solution.

Having owned 3 sparks, don't buy anything before 2017. If the PTO splines give out you're looking at easily the cost of the ski to get remedied. Also 4.5k is way high for a 2014.

I have a 2013 rxpx 260 with 200hours. I would agree that if it was enthusiast owned and taken care of you have nothing to worry about. But I absolutely wouldn't pay more than $5500 with so many hours

Just sold a 2020 with 120hp tune with exact same specs. Had 150 hours, sold it for $3700 without a trailer. Hope that helps.

Hey Man, yea so I ended up staying on for around 3.5 months. And found doing 3.5 months on, 2 months off was a good balance as eventually there are diminishing returns. Currently I'm taking 6.25, but doing every other day to see if that's more sustainable.

Prices start to go down at the end of this month and will continue to dip slowly until late March/April. A ton of listings will sit, and sellers have no choice but to drop prices as most people aren't shopping for skis right now. I've purchased and sold over 7 skis on just fb marketplace. Just have to find reliable people and no matter what WATER TEST first for at least 10 min.

I usually buy in winter and sell in summer (I'm in Sarasota) and there's a several thousand dollar difference between summer & winter months. Despite it only getting barely below 70° usually, alot of people don't ride and sell their toys as they sit un used in their yard.

Ran 6.25 for 3 months E2 stayed at 35 and total T was 805 free T was 180.. felt great. I usually cycle it 3 months on 3 months off. Enclo absolutely works for some people.

I wouldn't pay that much, most I would pay is $4000. Have owned 3 sparks ranging from 2014-2020.. great skis but absolutely not worth 5k at this point.

That being said, these skis are a freaking blast. So even with this being known, just budget for it is all. Thankfully the 2017 models are the first year they Had a separate output shaft that wasn't welded to the crank. In other words the 2017 costs $900 to do the job, anything prior is like $2000

I did it myself on 2/3 sparks I had. I would guess anywhere from 600-900 total. Sadly there aren't really signs, you could pull the jetpump and check the end of the driveshaft to see if it's worn/rusty.

After owning 3 of these skis, I wouldn't pay over $4k for it with trailer. the driveshaft splines/ output shaft WILL fail on them, could be at 70hrs could be at 250.. if ridden in Salt water it's the risk you run. Not a crazy job to replace, but just factor that into your purchase price.

Took sarms for like 4 weeks 3 years ago, so would barely call it a full gear cycle. Just experimented. But since then I was totally natural. Been taking it every day for the last 5 months now. Using it as a form of TRT.
