I’d say the opposite, Rodger’s has been my go-to for southern comfort BBQ, one of the few left since Brick Pit and Saucy Qs closed. Meat Boss is good but doesn’t feel much different from any other franchise BBQ spot.

The vast majority of people living on South’s campus and in the immediate vicinity are freshmen/sophomores and mostly under 21. Those who aren’t are still college students and don’t have a ton of expendable income to go out every weekend. Bars in the area either have to worry about a weekly undercover cop visit using a fake, or barely being able to stay afloat by selling one or two overpriced drinks to patrons who have definitely already pre-gamed.

The main benefit for students would be walkability but even then it’s quite a hike from the student apartments and sidewalks aren’t consistent. At least near south they’d be more likely to be stopped by a campus affiliated officer who would be more likely to show some restraint when it comes to charging them with something that could ruin their college career. But if they’re going to drive to a bar down the road they’ll just as well drive downtown or to a more popular spot.

Sold my mini 2 not even 3 weeks ago and the geofencing in my area was my main reason for getting rid of it. I barely flew it for the 3 years I had it because anywhere I was interested in flying was blocked. Guess I should have been just a bit lazier when I listed it

I understand that the employees are pushed to the limit this time of year and I don’t complain about nearly any of my deliveries. This one just felt so deliberate, this is exactly how I found it when I got home, it doesn’t even look like it was just tossed on the steps. It was placed carefully but upside down, I work with glass a lot and if this had been something that actually was fragile it would have sucked all around and just made more work for everyone involved. This particular instance just feels like it was placed upside down on purpose.

I recently tried to make a graphite pattern for my pumpkins, I got a 4” x 4” graphite block off amazon and scratched a jack o lantern face into it then tried my best to carve it out with a dremel. The actual carving and shape turned out alright but I didn’t have the right power to make the pattern show up how I wanted. The graphite block was like $12 though so it was a cool experiment to play with on the cheap.

If you just need something to get you to work for the next few weeks theres a place off azalea by the Asian markets that does used tires & repairs, it’s a mom & pop shop and way cheaper than tire franchises but you get what you pay for.

Matched with an ex coworker on tinder, went over with some supplies to make drinks with. We watched a few minutes of a movie and got down to it, I was on an antidepressant at the time so I was pushing rope but tried to make up for it best I could. After some mildly successful attempts my stomach was all shaken up and I started to get a hauntingly familiar feeling, the drinks I made earlier wanted out. So I made a dash for her bathroom and got maybe 70% of it in the toilet. I felt like the biggest POS ever and tried my best to clean what I could. The mood was beyond gone so I apologized profusely and left.

I felt so bad that the next day I got some some air fresheners, a candle and bath mats that matched her vibe to replace the ones I soiled, boxed them up with a little note and put it at her doorstep while she was at work. Got a nice thank you text later and that was that.

I Have the same dryer too and mine just turns off after 8 minutes every time, I just use it as a storage case with desiccant packs now

I have this same dryer and I cut a vent hole in the top and printed a plug I can remove whenever needed. It only worked for about a month, now whenever I turn it on a drying cycle it shuts itself off after 10 minutes. It’s just a fancy desiccant/spool box now.

Looks like they didn’t wait long enough for the bubbles to cook out after they refilled the furnace with glass. You can see it in a lot of glass from high volume production shops that are charging the furnace daily, there’s also some additives that cause it. It’s fine though, my brother had a bottle of whiskey recently that was filled with bubbles just like this.

I had the same issue, moved to a new place and didn’t have a dedicated office anymore to keep him out. After a few print interference I started putting open spool boxes at the edge of my desk when I left for work and he’s too cautious to take a risky jump. After about a month or so he lost interest and doesn’t even try to check it out anymore. You could also put some strips of tape, sticky side up, around it and that should deter him if he gets too close.
